Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@massivekontrol.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
